Project Description

Gehlek Rimpoche, author of The Tara Box: Rituals for Protection and Healing from the Female Buddha, and founder of Jewel Heart is a member of the last generation of lamas to be born and fully educated in Tibet. In this unique video, he brings viewers the powerful experience of the healing power and protection of the mother of all Buddhas, White Tara. Known for his understanding of contemporary society, and his skill as a teacher of Buddhism in the West, Gehlek Rimpoche guides viewers through a visualization and meditation to heal and balance both mind and body.

The Jewel Heart organization is a spiritual, cultural and humanitarian organization that translated the ancient wisdom of Tibetan Buddhism into contemporary life.
